Jaume Amat, co-founder and former CEO, has guided Rob Surgical from its origins as an academic spin-off to a disruptive force in surgical robotics. He will continue to play a key role by focusing on product development and remaining on the Board of Directors, ensuring strategic continuity as the company scales.
